Having inherited media planning and buying from another agency, we set about improving TV performance, and achieved an 80% reduction in cost per acquisition in just 8 weeks and, ultimately, a 90% reduction. We also negotiated a cost-effective and innovative annual out-of-home deal with a major media owner to keep the brand top of mind.
Having established several sustainable acquisition channels for the brand, we helped deliver a step change in revenue trajectory - in just two years Simba has become the leading mattress in a box retailer in Europe
